Yes, you can make minor changes to our floor plans.
Can I do any of my own work?

No, due to licensing and insurance requirements, no unlicensed or uninsured parties can work on home build while it is under construction and there is an open permit on the home job site.
Can I choose my carpet, vinyl plank, paint, tile and roof colors?

Yes, you will be able to choose your colors when building your home.
Does King Homes offer financing options?

You have an option to pay cash or obtain a construction to perm loan with one of our preferred lenders. You can find more information about the construction loan when you click on the financing page.
